内镜虚拟仿真模拟系统在消化科研究生教学中的应用 被引量:3

Utilizing Virtual Simulation Systems for Endoscopy Training in G astroenterology Postgraduate Education:an Applicative Approach

摘要 目的本研究借助内镜虚拟仿真模拟系统,探讨其与传统教学模式相比,在研究生内镜教学及规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月~2022年9月于吉林大学白求恩第一医院内镜中心学习内镜操作的研究生30人,随机分为两组,试验组采用内镜虚拟仿真模拟系统+实例操作,对照组采用传统教学模式,即在带教老师指导下边学边做。对比两组理论、操作考核成绩、可独立完成时间、单独操作时间、熟悉度等技术指标,通过调查问卷评价两组学生对教学的满意度。结果试验组经内镜模拟机学习后,操作考核、独立完成时间、单独操作时间及熟练度均优于对照组(P<0.05),且经问卷调查显示试验组在学习满意度、学习兴趣、学习效率及教学模式满意度与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内镜教学过程中,采用内镜虚拟仿真模拟系统教学模式,可明显提高学生内镜操作能力,缩短学习时间,更易激发学生的学习兴趣与热情,取得满意的教学效果。 Objective To explore the efficacy of endoscopy virtual simulation systems in enhancing endoscopy teaching and standardized training for postgraduate students in gastroenterology conventional teaching models.Methods In this prospective study,a cohort of 30 postgraduate students specializing in gastroenterology at the First Hospital of Jilin University(March 2019 to September 2022)was recruited.Through a random allocation process,participants were divided into two groups:an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group underwent training utilizing a combination of endoscopy virtual simulation systems and practical hands-on sessions,while the control group received instruction following the traditional teaching model.Assessment metrics encompassed theory and operation examination scores,independent completion time,independent operation time,proficiency levels,and teaching satisfaction,as evaluated through standardized questionnaires.Results The outcomes of the study revealed noteworthy disparities between the experimental and control groups.Notably,the experimental group,which received instruction utilizing an endoscopy simulator,displayed superior performance compared to the control group across various measures.This includes operation assessment scores,independent completion time,independent operation time,and proficiency levels(P<0.05).Additionally,the questionnaire survey indicated substantial variations between the experimental and control groups concerning satisfaction with the learning process,learning interest,learning efficiency,and teaching methodology(P<0.05).These findings underscore the significance of employing endoscopy virtual simulation systems in enhancing both practical skills and overall educational experience in gastroenterology postgraduate training.Conclusion In the realm of postgraduate endoscopy teaching,the utilization of an endoscopy virtual simulation system emerges as a transformative approach.This innovative method brings forth remarkable enhancements in students'proficiency in endoscopy procedures,leading to a notable reduction in learning time.Moreover,it serves as a potent catalyst,kindling students'passion for learning and fostering a heightened sense of enthusiasm.Ultimately,the integration of an endoscopy virtual simulation system yields highly satisfactory teaching outcomes,attesting to its efficacy and potential as an invaluable asset in postgraduate endoscopy education.
