PBL联合CBL教学模式在外科学临床教学应用的Meta分析 被引量:2

A Systematic Meta-analysis Investigating the Impact of Integrating Problem-Based Learning and Case-Based Education in Surgical Clinical Teaching

摘要 目的系统评价基于问题学习(PBL)联合基于案例的教育(CBL)方法在我国医学高等院校中外科学临床教学的应用效果。方法检索相关随机对照研究文献,采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入17篇随机对照研究,总样本量1398例,其中试验组(PBL联合CBL教学模式)700例,对照组(传统教学)698例。Meta分析结果显示:试验组在临床外科教学中,学生的理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩、学生满意度、学习兴趣、自主学习能力、临床实践操作能力、团队协作能力、语言表达能力等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学模式在培养学生综合能力方面效果显著。 Objective To conduct a comprehensive and systematic assessment of the impact of integrating problem-based learning(PBL)with case-based education(CBL)techniques in the context of surgical clinical instruction within medical colleges and universities.Methods The principal objective of this academic inquiry is to systematically procure literature encompassing randomized controlled studies,with the subsequent intent of conducting a meta-analysis utilizing the RevMan 5.4 software.Employing a rigorous and meticulous approach,this study endeavors to identify,retrieve,and assess randomized controlled trial(RCT)literature that conforms to stringent inclusion criteria.Through the utilization of the advanced analytical capabilities offered by the RevMan 5.4 software,this investigation seeks to integrate and synthesize quantitative data derived from the selected RCTs.The ensuing meta-analysis will facilitate the quantification of treatment effects and allow for an in-depth exploration of potential sources of heterogeneity.Results A total of 17 randomized controlled studies were incorporated into the analysis,encompassing a comprehensive sample of 1,398,700 participants in the experimental group(exposed to the problem-based learning combined with case-based education teaching approach)and 698 participants in the control group(subjected to traditional teaching methods).Notably,the experimental group exhibited superior performance across various outcome measures,including theoretical assessment scores,practical operation assessment scores,student satisfaction,learning interest,self-learning ability,clinical practice ability,team collaboration ability,and language expression ability,within the domain of surgical clinical teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of PBL and CBL teaching modalities exerts a substantial influence on the development of students'multifaceted aptitudes.
