摘要
目的:研制一种成本低廉、性能稳定的移动护理管理系统。方法:结合我国日益成熟的5G移动通信网络,选用具有良好性能的移动终端和操作系统,开发出符合目前移动医疗服务需要的移动护理系统。结果:移动护理系统各个功能模块互为补充,满足了移动护理工作的需要。结论:移动护理的使用,使医院的人力资源成本控制、工作效率优化、事后问责清晰,使医院的管理工作更趋严谨、科学化,为医院提高声誉、减少医患纠纷提供了一种有效的管理手段。
Objective:To develop a mobile nursing management system with low cost and stable performance.Methods:Combined with the increasingly mature 5G mobile communication network in China,a mobile terminal and operating system with good performance is selected to develop a mobile nursing system that meets the needs of current mobile medical services.Results:The functional modules of the mobile nursing system complement each other and meet the needs of mobile nursing work.Conclusion:The use of mobile nursing clarifies the hospital’s human resource cost control,work efficiency optimization,and post-event accountability,makes the hospital’s management more rigorous and scientific,and provides an effective management means for the hospital to improve its reputation and reduce doctor-patient disputes.
