数字化工地与BIM技术的困境与突破——建立与优化安全风险评估

摘要 复杂地质情况下的施工过程管控是遏制事故发生的主要因素,而在施工过程中应用BIM技术,对于保障施工安全具有重要意义。文章首先对建筑施工安全风险的预想预控预先发现的管控措施加以介绍,然后阐述了安全风险预控管控监控体系及实现监控体系所需要完成、完善的技术手段;接着论述了BIM技术在施工技术中的重要性、可视化在安全系统工程中的风险管控与风险辨识及当前建筑施工工程信息化工程存在的风险与矛盾,最后对施工单位存在的问题提出了一些建议。 The construction process control under complex geological conditions is the main factor to prevent the occurrence of accidents,and the application of BIM technology in the construction process is of great significance to ensure construction safety.This paper first introduces the control measures for preconception,pre-control and pre-discovery of construction safety risks,and then expounds the safety risk pre-control and control monitoring system and the technical means that need to be completed and perfect to realize the monitoring system.Subsequently,the importance of BIM technology in construction technology,the risk control and risk identification of visualization in safety system engineering,and the risks and contradictions in the current construction engineering informatization engineering are discussed,and finally some suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the construction unit.
