我国机关事业单位数量庞大,随着改革的深入,必须对人员管理进行调整和优化。从我国一些机关事业单位的人力资源管理现状和信息化建设情况来看,目前我国机关事业单位的人力资源管理工作已有了很大的发展势头,但是与之相对应的信息化建设却常常缺乏具体的模式支持。因此,探索建立人力资源信息系统非常必要。基于此,本文对机关事业单位人力资源管理信息化建设相关内容进行探讨。

The number of agency and public service unit in China is huge,and with the deepening of reform,personnel management must be adjusted and optimized.Judging from the current situation of human resource management and the informatization construction of some agencies and public service units in China,the human resource management work of agencies and public service units in China has a great momentum of development at present,but the corresponding informatization construction often lacks specific mode support.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the establishment of human resources information system.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the relevant contents of human resource management informatization construction in agencies and public service units.
