浅析十万等级空分装置开车前管道节能吹扫方法

摘要 现代大型空分设备已经成为石油化工和煤化工产业链上重要一环,空分设备的节能高效运行直接影响化工生产系统的安全、稳定和能效。为了实现空分设备快达产、高产能、低能耗的生产目标,在建设和原始试车阶段需要对各等级工艺气体管线特别是高压蒸汽管线的清洁度进行严格质量管控、科学高效工艺处理,统筹效率和成本。本论文主要论述了“高压蒸汽管线变温吹扫法”和“工艺气体管线爆破吹扫法”两种吹扫方法在国能榆林化工有限公司3套十万等级空分设备上的具体实施过程,在保证了管道清洁度同时又可加快装置试车进度,起到节约试车成本,缩短试车时间的目的。总结经验、分析不足、探寻更优途径,本论文旨在为低温深冷分离行业原始试车阶段提高管线清洁度提供一种新型、安全、高效、节能的解决方案。 Modern large-scale air separation equipment has become an important component in the petrochemical and coal chemical indus-try chains.The energy-efficient operation of air separation equipment directly affects the safety,stability,and energy efficiency of chemical production systems.In order to achieve the production goals of fast and high-capacity operation with low energy consumption for air separation equipment,strict quality control and scientifically efficient process treatment of process gas pipelines,especially high-pressure steam pipelines,are required during con-struction and initial commissioning stages,while considering overall efficiency and cost.This paper mainly discusses the specific implementation pro-cesses of two purging methods,namely“variable-temperature purging method for high-pressure steam pipelines”and“explosive purging method for process gas pipelines,”in three sets of hundred-thousand-level air separation units at CHN Energy Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.These methods ensure pipeline cleanliness,accelerate device commissioning progress,save commissioning costs,and reduce commissioning time.By summarizing experienc-es,analyzing deficiencies,and exploring better approaches,this paper aims to provide a new,safe,efficient,and energy-saving solution for improving pipeline cleanliness during the initial commissioning stage of the cryogenic separation industry.
