柴油加氢装置生产优化创效探究

摘要 目前柴油加氢单元及航煤加氢单元均处于低负荷运行状态。柴油加氢单元低凝柴油产品部分循环,循环量达到45%;航煤加氢单元生产-35#柴油调和油,加工负荷为61%,综合能耗及加工成本均较高。为实现生产效益最大化,尝试将航煤加氢单元停工,其原料并入柴油加氢单元生产-35#柴油。柴油加氢单元经分阶段引入一套、二套常减压装置常一线油,对操作条件进行调整后,产品质量合格,单位毛利润可提高47.4元/吨以上。 Currently,both the diesel hydrogenation unit and the aviation coal hydrogenation unit are operating at low load.Partial circulation of low pour point diesel products in the diesel hydrogenation unit,with a circulation rate of 45%;the aviation coal hydrogenation unit produces-35#diesel blended oil with a processing load of 61%,resulting in high comprehensive energy consumption and processing costs.To maximize production efficiency,an attempt was made to shut down the aviation coal hydrogenation unit and merge its raw materials into the diesel hydrogenation unit to produce-35#diesel.After introducing one or two sets of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units for the diesel hydrogenation unit in stages,and adjusting the operating conditions,the product quality is qualified,and the unit gross profit can be increased by more than 47.4 yuan/ton.
