摘要
目前我国石油化工产品在储存过程中通常都是采用常温和常压模式,较为常见的是立式储罐、卧式储罐和球形储罐。大部分石油化工产品具有较强的危害性,而且极其容易发生火灾,如果在储存过程中存在泄露,还可能引起较为严重的爆炸,对企业和工作人员都造成较为严重的损害。由于在这一领域当中,石化企业处于绝对的优势地位和主导地位,所以与其相关的安全问题显得尤为重要,在当前的阶段,各个石油化工领域的生产企业都提高了对自身消防安全问题的重视。本文根据现场实际应用情况,对当前石油化工油罐区消防系统中存在的不足进行详细分析,应用光纤感温火灾探测系统和图像型火灾探测系统对火灾探测工作进行优化,并提出了一些设计策略,以此来达到迅速灭火的目的和要求。
At present,the storage process of petrochemical products in China usually adopts normal temperature and pressure modes,with vertical tanks,horizontal tanks,and spherical tanks being more common.Most petrochemical products have strong hazards and are extremely prone to fire.If there is leakage during storage,it may also cause serious explosions,causing serious damage to enterprises and staff.Due to the absolute advan-tage and dominant position of petrochemical enterprises in this field,safety issues related to them are particularly important.At the current stage,pro-duction enterprises in various petrochemical fields have increased their attention to their own fire safety issues.This article provides a detailed anal-ysis of the shortcomings in the current fire protection system in the petrochemical oil tank farm based on the actual application situation on site.The optical fiber temperature sensing fire detection system and image type fire detection system are applied to optimize the fire detection work,and some design strategies are proposed to achieve the goal and requirements of rapid fire extinguishing.
