依托行业优势加强校企合作培养卓越人才探索与实践——以长沙理工大学工科专业人才培养为例

Explore and Practice of Relying on Industry Advantages and School-enterprise Cooperation to Cultivate Outstanding Talents—Take the Training of Engineering Professionals in Changsha University of Science and Technology as an Example

在新时代经济和科技快速发展的背景下,国家迫切需要推进人才培养模式改革,在“应用型”人才的基础上培养新型“创新型”人才。然而,在卓越人才培养计划日益普及的情况下,部分高校人才培养模式仍然存在培养目标偏离、培养方式单一、能力培养缺失等问题。在依托行业优势、加强校企作的视域下,以长沙理工大学为例,探索出适合高校自身的特色卓越人才培养之路。本文强调要面向工程实际,优化人才培养方案;强调加强校企合作,创设优越的实践教学条件;强调彰显行业特色,依托行业优势,探索人才培养新模式,形成高校育人、企业用人、学生就业的三赢局面,全面提升人才培养质量。

In the context of the rapid development of economy and science and technology in the new era,the country urgently needs to promote the reform of talent training mode and cultivate new‘innovative’talents on the basis of‘application-oriented’talents.However,with the increasing popularity of outstanding talent training programs,some university talent training models still have problems such as deviation of training goals,single training methods,and lack of ability training.From the perspective of relying on industry advantages and strengthening school-enterprise work,Changsha University of Science and Technology as an example is explored to explore the path of cultivating outstanding talents suitable for universities themselves.Emphasize the need to face the actual engineering and optimize the talent training program;Emphasize strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and creating superior practical teaching conditions;Emphasize highlighting the characteristics of the industry,relying on the advantages of the industry,and exploring new models of talent training.Form a win-win situation of college education,enterprise employment and student employment,and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.
