摘要
目的调查肿瘤专科医院教育护士教师岗位胜任力现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取2022年10—12月广州市某肿瘤专科医院110名教育护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、临床护理教师岗位胜任力量表、临床教师工作自我效能感量表进行调查。结果110名肿瘤专科医院教育护士教师岗位胜任力总分为151.87±22.04分;多重线性回归分析结果显示,学历、病区护士长的支持力度、教师自我效能感是肿瘤专科医院教育护士教师岗位胜任力的影响因素(P<0.001)。结论肿瘤专科医院教育护士教师岗位胜任力处于较高水平,最高学历、病区护士长支持力度、教师工作自我效能感是教育护士教师岗位胜任力的影响因素。
Objective To investigate the current teachers'post competency status of educational nurses in oncology specialized hospitals,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 110 educational nurses from a certain tumor specialized hospital in Guangzhou from October to December 2022 were selected as the survey subjects.The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a clinical nursing teacher’competency scale,and a clinical teacher self-efficacy scale.Results The total score of the teachers'post competency of 110 education nurses in oncology specialized hospitals is 151.87±22.04 points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the educational background,the support of the ward matron,and the sense of self-efficacy of teachers are the influencing factors of the teachers'post competency of education nurses in tumor hospitals(P<0.001).Conclusion The teachers'post competency of educational nurses in oncology specialized hospitals was at a high level.The highest educational background,the support of the ward matron,and the sense of self-efficacy of teachers are the influencing factors of the teachers’post competency of education nurses.
