以护士为主导的术后放射治疗管理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nurse led postoperative radiotherapy management in breast cancer patients

目的探讨以护士为主导的术后放射治疗管理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院2020年2月—2021年2月行乳腺癌术后放射治疗的98例乳腺癌患者,按照组间资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规门诊放射治疗管理,观察组采用护士主导的门诊放射治疗管理,对比两组放射治疗并发症发生情况、焦虑抑郁程度及生活质量。结果观察组放射治疗并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前焦虑抑郁程度、生活质量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后3个月,观察组广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、健康问卷抑郁自评量表(PHQ-9)评分低于对照组,QOL-BREF中心理、环境、躯体、社会、综合领域评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后放射治疗中采用以护士为主导的门诊放射治疗管理可减少放射治疗相关并发症的发生,减轻患者焦虑抑郁程度,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of nurse led postoperative radiotherapy management in breast cancer patients.Methods To select 98 patients with breast cancer who underwent postoperative radiotherapy from February 2020 to February 2021 in Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group as the study subjects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine outpatient radiation therapy management,while the observation group received nurse led outpatient radiation therapy management.The incidence of radiation therapy complications,anxiety and depression levels,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of radiation therapy complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the anxiety and depression levels,and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after intervention,the generalized anxiety disorde-7(GAD-7)and patien health questionnare(PHQ-9)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the QOL-BREF scores in psychological,environmental,physical,social,and comprehensive fields were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse led outpatient radiotherapy management in postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer patients can reduce the incidence of radiotherapy related complications,alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the quality of life.
