康复护理路径在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复中的应用

Application of rehabilitation nursing pathway in the recovery of limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的探究康复护理路径在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复中的应用。方法选取张家港市第一人民医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的44例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为对照组,2020年2月—2021年2月收治的45例脑卒中偏瘫患者为观察组。比较两组患者干预前后运动功能、康复锻炼依从性、脑卒中偏瘫生存质量评分。结果干预前,两组患者运动功能、康复锻炼依从性、脑卒中偏瘫生存质量评分比较无统计意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组运动功能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复锻炼依从性中的肢体锻炼依从性、锻炼监测依从性、主动寻求建议依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中偏瘫患者给予康复护理路径护理措施,可提升患者康复锻炼依从性,改善患者运动功能,改善患者生存质量,预后效果理想。

Objective To explore the application of rehabilitation nursing pathway in the recovery of limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods To set up a control group consisting of 44 stroke hemiplegic patients selected from Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,and an observation group consisting of 45 stroke hemiplegic patients selected from February 2020 to February 2021.The motor function,rehabilitation exercise compliance,and quality of life scores for stroke hemiplegia were compared between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the motor function,rehabilitation exercise compliance,and stroke hemiplegia quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the motor function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher in terms of physical exercise compliance,exercise monitoring compliance,and active seeking advice compliance in rehabilitation exercise compliance compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing rehabilitation nursing pathway nursing measures for stroke patients with hemiplegia can enhance their compliance with rehabilitation exercise,improve their motor function,improve their quality of life,and achieve ideal prognosis.
