摘要
犁式卸料器是带式输送机的关键装置,针对挡料板的磨损问题,文中分析了磨损机理并制作了仿真模型,通过EDEM进行仿真试验,重点研究了在相同工况下不同曲率的挡料板对卸料速度、挡料板的磨损,通过改变挡料板曲率半径的大小分析了冲击磨损和平均速度之间的关系。通过分析选取了最佳曲率半径。
Plow discharger is the key device of belt conveyor.As for the abrasion of the baffle,the abrasion mechanism was analyzed and the simulation model was built.The effects of baffles with different curvatures on the discharge speed and the wear of the baffle under the same working conditions were studied emphatically through the simulation test by EDEM.The relationship between impact wear and average speed was analyzed by changing the curvature radius of the baffle,and the optimal curvature radius was selected through analysis.
