不同断面形状电梯曳引钢丝绳承载特性分析

摘要 钢丝绳是电梯曳引系统中最重要的受力部件,其自身结构和受力情况会直接影响电梯曳引系统的传动性能。在作业过程中,电梯钢丝绳与绳槽的受力十分复杂,且钢丝绳的结构和力学承载特性决定钢丝绳的磨损情况,决定了电梯的使用安全性和可靠性。文中研究对比分析了圆股、三角股、椭圆股钢丝绳作为电梯曳引钢丝绳,仿真分析3种钢丝绳绕曳引轮弯曲状态下的应力和变形分布规律。结果表明:对比分析相同横截面积下的椭圆股、三角股和6×7+IWS钢丝绳,钢丝绳应力均近似呈左右对称分布;椭圆股钢丝绳与绳槽接触区域的接触应力和伸长量均最小,分别为248.4 MPa和0.136456 mm;椭圆股分布钢丝绳更符合以摩擦力传递扭矩的电梯曳引工况中。该研究为电梯曳引系统中的钢丝绳的选用提供了理论参考。 As the wire rope is the most important stress component in the elevator traction system,its structure and stress will directly affect the transmission performance of the elevator traction system.During operation,the stress of elevator wire rope and rope groove is very complicated,and the structure and mechanical bearing characteristics of wire rope directly determine the wear of wire rope and the safety and reliability of elevator.In this paper,the circular strand,triangular strand and elliptical strand wire ropes were compared and analyzed,and the stress and deformation distribution of the three kinds of wire ropes in the bending state around the traction sheave are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the stress distribution of elliptical strand,triangular strand and 6×7+IWS wire rope with the same cross-sectional area is approximately symmetrical.The contact stress and elongation in the contact area between elliptical strand wire rope and rope groove are the smallest,which are 248.4 MPa and 0.136456 mm;respectively.Elliptical strand distribution wire rope is more suitable for elevator traction condition with torque transmitted along with wire.This study provides a theoretical reference for the selection of wire rope for elevator traction system.
