基于有限状态机的调度派车决策支持方法

摘要 自动化集装箱码头效率的瓶颈是岸边集装箱起重机,岸边集装箱起重机的持续作业是提升自动化集装箱码头效率的关键所在,而其是否能持续作业的关键因素是交互的水平运输设备(以自动导航小车为例)是否停靠到交互点。文中以有限状态机原理为基础,阐述一种用于调度选车的决策支持方法。与仅考虑自动导航小车数量的需量方法不同,文中所述方法在考虑自动导航小车数量的同时还引入了时间因素,更能适应岸边集装箱起重机主小车的连续作业可能中断的特点。 The quayside container crane is the bottleneck that restricts the efficiency of the automated container terminal.Whether the quayside container crane can continuously operate is the key to improve the efficiency of the automated container terminal,and the key factor that determines whether it can continuously operate is whether the interactive horizontal transport equipment(taking the automatic guided vehicle as an example)can dock at the interactive point.Based on the principle of finite state machine,a decision support method for dispatching and selecting vehicles was expounded.Different from the demand method that only considers the number of automatic guided vehicles,the method mentioned above introduces the time factor while considering the number of automatic guided vehicles,which is more suitable for the feature that the continuous operation of the main trolley of the quayside container crane may be interrupted.
