HAPA模型下阶段式康复护理在股骨颈骨折人工髋关节置换术后患者中的应用

Application of Stage Rehabilitation Nursing under HAPA Model in Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture after Artificial Hip Replacement

目的:探讨HAPA模型下阶段式康复护理对股骨颈骨折人工髋关节置换术患者的影响。方法:选取河南省人民医院2020年11月1日~2022年12月31日接收的108例股骨颈骨折行单侧人工髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各54例;对照组实施常规康复护理干预,观察组实施HAPA模型下阶段式康复护理干预。于入院1 d、干预3个月后,比较两组运动恐惧、髋关节功能评分。结果:干预3个月后,两组运动恐惧综合评分均低于入院1 d(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组髋关节功能评分均高于入院1 d(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HAPA模型下阶段式康复护理有助于缓解股骨颈骨折人工髋关节置换术患者运动恐惧感知,改善髋关节功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of stage rehabilitation nursing under HAPA model in patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artificial hip replacement.Methods:A total of 108 patients with femoral neck fracture who received unilateral hip arthroplasty from November 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 54 cases in each group,the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group received stage rehabilitation nursing intervention under the HAPA model.One day after admission and three months after intervention,the two groups of patients were compared in terms of exercise fear,and hip function.Results:Three months after intervention,the exercise fear scores were lower in both groups than those 1 d after admission(P<0.05),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);Three months after the intervention,the hip finction scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The stage rehabilitation nursing under HAPA model can help to alleviate the fear perception of movement,improve hip function in patients with femoral neck fracture and artificial hip replacement.
