多元化阶段式健康教育模式在膀胱癌行泌尿造口患者中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨多元化阶段式健康教育模式在膀胱癌行泌尿造口患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月1日~2021年5月31日50例膀胱癌行泌尿造口患者设为对照组,应用常规护理模式;选取2021年6月1日~2022年5月31日50例膀胱癌行泌尿造口患者设为实验组,采用多元化阶段式健康教育模式。比较两组负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、生活质量[采用肠造口生活质量量表(COH-QOL-OQ)]评分、自护能力评分及造口知识掌握情况。结果:护理后,实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组生理、心理、精神健康维度评分高于对照组(P<0.01),但社会维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组造口知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:多元化阶段式健康教育模式可有效改善膀胱癌行泌尿造口患者的负性情绪,提高其生活质量和自我护理能力。 Objective:To explore the effect of diversified stage health education in patients with urinary bladder cancer undergoing colostomy.Methods:A total of 50 patients with urinary bladder cancer undergoing colostomy during June 1,2020 to May 31,2021 were selected as the control group,routine nursing mode was given;Another 50 patients during June 1,2021 to May 31,2022 were selected as the experimental group,and diversified stage health education mode was given.Comparison was conducted between the two groups on negative emotions by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,quality of life by the quality of life scale after colostomy(COH-QOL-OQ)scores,self-care ability scores and mastery of colostomy knowledge.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01);The physiology,psychological and mental health dimension scors were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01),but the social dimension scores comparison differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05);The colostomy knowledge is better in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified stage health education mode can effectively improve the negative emotiobs in patients with urinary bladder cancer undergoing colostomy,improve the quality of life and self-care ability.
