摘要
某轻型客车在11001500 r/min转速区间加速工况下存在明显车内轰鸣问题,严重影响乘坐舒适性。该文通过对激励源、悬挂结构传递路径和车身响应详细诊断和分析,判断根本原因为传动系扭转振动激励过大、激励前悬挂系统模态导致振动传递到车身零部件与声腔模态耦合引起车内轰鸣问题。最终通过在前风窗下横梁和尾门增加复合车身解决方案、前围板凸筋加强和前转向节增加动力吸振器解决了轰鸣问题。该文分析方法和优化方案为解决类似问题提供了重要的参考价值。
There is an obvious booming noise in the acceleration process of a light commercial bus when the engine speed is 1100–1500 r/min,serious influence on driver and passenger comfort.In this paper,through the analysis of the excitation,structure-bore path and body panel response,the root cause is torsional vibration excite suspension modal then transfer to body parts and coupling with acoustic mode.The booming issues were finally solved by adding composite body solutions(CBS)in the front windshield beam,reinforce dash-panel,adding CBS to lift gate and adding damper to front suspension knuckle.This research idea and countermeasures provides important reference value for the subsequent solution of similar issues.
