建筑业与人们的日常生活有着紧密关联,为了能够满足人们的建筑需求,相关施工单位及施工方在开展施工前,需要做好施工图纸设计且不断去找出其中存在的不足之处,采取科学有效的方法和手段来优化和完善。目前,大部分建筑方案及施工图难免会存在一系列问题,如何有效处理和解决此类问题,也就成为人们关注的一个重要内容。本文对建筑方案与施工图设计交接中存在的问题进行分析,且制定了针对性的解决策略,以此来帮助建筑业获得进步和发展。

The construction industry is closely related to people’s daily life.In order to meet people’s architectural needs,relevant construction units and constructors need to perform well in construction drawing design and constantly find out the shortcomings before carrying out construction,and adopt scientific and effective methods and means for optimization and improvement.At present,most architectural schemes and construction drawings inevitably have a series of problems,and how to effectively deal with and solve such problems has become an important content of people’s attention.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the handover of architectural scheme and construction drawing design,and formulates targeted solutions to help the construction industry progress and development.
