Brief Analysis on Current Situation of Real Estate Project Management and Necessity of Refined Management

随着中国经济的不断发展,房地产行业也呈现出飞速的增长,但同时也带来了房地产工程管理中的一系列问题,如工期延误、质量问题、安全事故等。因此,实施精细化管理成为房地产工程管理中的重要课题。本文针对当前房屋建设工程管理存在的问题进行了分析,提出了精细化管理的必要性,以及实行精细化管理的相关策略,旨在提高房地产项目工程管理的效率和质量。

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the real estate industry has also shown rapid growth,but it has also brought a series of problems in real estate project management,such as construction delays,quality problems,and safety accidents.Therefore,the implementation of refined management has become an important topic in real estate project management.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the current management of housing construction projects,puts forward the necessity of refined management and the relevant strategies for implementing refined management,aiming to improve the efficiency and quality of real estate project management.
