With the continuous development of China’s economy,the construction industry has been greatly developed,and contract is a necessary prerequisite for building construction.Through the contract,the multiple parties involved in the project can be restricted,which has a certain positive significance for the development of the construction engineering.In this era context,the importance of contract management has become increasingly prominent.This paper will take the tendering and bidding stage of construction engineering as the starting point to explore the contract management methods,hoping to give certain enlightenment to various practitioners in construction industries.
