浅谈工程造价在建筑工程管理技术中的应用

近年来,由于我国经济发展迅速,而建筑行业成为国民经济的支柱其增长速度尤为令人瞩目,为保证工程的顺畅进行和顺利完成,要搞好建筑工程项目管理操作,当中成本直观影响到工程的效益。而在建设工程造价的控制环节中,由于管理规章制度的不健全,导致建设工程造价的控制存在问题,因此想要提高建设成本的准确度,就必须要采用最行之有效的方法管理好建设成本。基于此,本文简单讨论如何应用建筑工程造价,以为相关从业人员提供参考。

In recent years,due to the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction industry has become the pillar of the national economy,and its growth rate is particularly remarkable.In order to ensure the smooth progress and smooth completion of the project,it is necessary to perform well in the construction engineering project management operation,in which the cost directly affects the efficiency of the project.In the control of construction engineering costs,due to the imperfection of management rules and regulations,there are problems in the control of construction engineering costs.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of construction costs,it is necessary to adopt the most effective methods to manage construction costs.Based on this condition,this paper briefly discusses how to apply construction engineering cost and provide reference for relevant practitioners.
