Discussion on Whole-Process Control Management of Construction Project Cost

在建筑公司经营过程中,做好工程造价的管控工作可以显著提升公司的竞争优势,从而获得更好的市场发展空间。但是受到诸多因素的限制,一些建筑公司对于工程造价的管控效果较差。本文首先分析了建筑工程造价全过程控制的实际作用,同时提出了相应的控制策略,希望能给相关工作人员提供参考借鉴。

In the operation process of construction companies,performing well in project cost control can significantly improve the company’s competitive advantage,so as to obtain better market development space.However,limited by many factors,some construction companies have poor control effect on project cost.This paper first analyzes the actual role of the whole-process control of construction project cost,and puts forward corresponding control strategies,hoping to provide reference for relevant staff.
