摘要
随着城市人口逐渐增多,为了解决城市居民住房以及办公需求,高层建筑工程的大力建设要提上日程。建筑层数越高,其对土地资源的利用也越有效果。因此,通过不断提升建筑的高度与层数,有助于缓解城市土地资源利用紧张问题。在高层建筑工程中,混凝土施工技术的应用最为常见,对提高高层建筑结构强度及耐久性有着重要的作用。为此,本文首先分析混凝土施工技术特点与要求,重点阐述高层建筑中混凝土施工技术要点,以供专业人士借鉴。
With the gradual increase of urban population,in order to meet the housing and office needs of urban residents,the vigorous construction of high-rise building projects should be put on the agenda.The higher number of building floors is associated with the more effective use of land resources.Therefore,by continuously increasing the height of buildings and number of floors,it helps to alleviate the problem of intense utilization of urban land resources.In high-rise building project,the application of concrete construction technology is the most common,which plays an important role in improving the structural strength and durability of high-rise buildings.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the characteristics and requirements of concrete construction technology,and focuses on the key points of concrete construction technology in high-rise buildings,for reference by professional personnel.
