激光雷达在飞机大尺寸零件检测中的应用研究

摘要 本文通过开展激光雷达扫描仪应用技术研究,以飞机梁类零件为研究对象,研究测量系统误差及精度验证技术,制定大尺寸零件在线检测方案,利用激光雷达扫描仪多站位对零件外形检测进行扫描检测,经验证该方法准确、高效,实现了零件精准高效检测。 Through the research on laser radar scanner application technology,this paper takes the aircraft beam parts as the research object,studies the measurement system error and precision verification technology,formulates on-line detection scheme for large-size parts,and uses a laser radar scanner in multistation positions to conduct parts contour detection scans.This method is proved to be accurate and efficient.The accurate and efficient detection of parts is realized.
