在当今社会的发展进程中,各个行业都朝着智能化和自动化方向发展,将智能化与煤矿产业相结合,既是时代发展趋势,也是煤矿产业发展需要。文章首先对国内煤矿机电设备智能化现状进行了简单分析,然后对我国在很长一段时间内的煤矿机电设备智能化维修建设发展趋势进行研究,接着简要地介绍了煤矿机电设备智能维护中的故障处理系统,以及信号分析和处理体系,并对煤矿机电设备智能维修中出现的问题进行探讨,最后对煤矿机电设备智能化维护的未来发展趋势加以剖析。

In the development process of the current society,all industries are developing in the direction of intelligence and automation,and the integration of intelligence with coal mining industry is not only the development trend of the times,but also the development needs of coal mining industry.This paper first briefly analyzes the current situation of intelligent coal mine electromechanical equipment in China,then studies the development trend of intelligent maintenance and construction of coal mine electromechanical equipment in China for a long time,and subsequently briefly introduces the fault handling system and signal analysis and processing system in the intelligent maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and discusses the problems arising in the intelligent maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and finally analyzes the future development trend of intelligent maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment.
