摘要
口腔医院常用的高速旋转器械、超声洁牙机等会产生大量气溶胶,而气溶胶与患者口腔中的血液、唾液、牙菌斑等结合则产生污染性生物气溶胶,对医护人员和患者健康造成巨大威胁。本文从口腔医院生物气溶胶的来源、传播及预防措施3个方面,阐述生物气溶胶和口腔诊疗的关系,并以大型口腔专科医院中构建口腔外抽吸系统为基础,论述诊疗过程中降低生物气溶胶污染的策略,以实现统一收集、过滤、消毒和排放目的,保障医务人员及患者安全。
High-speed rotating instruments and ultrasonic scalers commonly used in dental hospitals produce a large number of aerosols,and the combination of aerosols with blood,saliva and dental plaque in the patient’s mouth produces polluting bioaerosol,which pose a great threat to the health of medical staff and patients.This paper expounds the relationship between bioaerosol and oral diagnosis and treatment from three aspects:bioaerosol source,transmission and preventive measures in dental hospitals,and discusses the strategies for reducing bioaerosol pollution in the diagnosis and treatment process based on the construction of extraoral suction system in large-scale dental hospitals,so as to achieve unified collection,filtration,disinfection and discharge,and ensure the safety of medical staff and patients.
