Design of Laboratory Consumables Management System Based on Big Data Technology

为解决当前耗材管理人手少、耗材采购各自为战、无法精细化管理、耗材损耗较高等问题,优化了耗材采购与使用的制度和流程,提出了“学生+教师”耗材核销新模式。采用SOA架构设计耗材管理系统底层,利用大数据技术提升耗材数据处理能力,实现耗材数据的动态管理,提升耗材采购与管理的信息化水平,为应用型高校实验耗材管理提供了一种新思路。

In order to solve the problems of current consumables management,such as the shortage of manpower,the procurement of consumables,the failure of fine management and the high consumption of consumables,this paper optimizes the system process of consumables procurement and use,and proposes a new mode of“student+teacher”consumables verification.Using SOA architecture to design the bottom layer of consumables management system,using big data to improve the data processing ability of consumables,the dynamic management ability of consumables data is realized,and the informatization level of consumables procurement and management is improved,which provides a new idea for the management of experimental consumables in application-oriented universities.
