实训基地建设是特色高水平专业群的核心建设内容,北京交通职业技术学院轨道交通专业群被列为北京市教育委员会第一批北京市特色高水平骨干专业(群)建设项目。城轨专业群依托轨道交通行业优势,构建了“五个对接”的实训基地建设内涵,打造了理论应用与基础训练平台、专业群岗位方向实训平台、综合演练和技能竞赛平台、科研拓展与教育创新实训平台四个平台。实训基地夯实人才培养目标,形成了良好的产教融合新生态,成为学院城轨高素质技能人才培养的加速器。

The construction of training base is the core construction content of characteristic high-level professional group.The rail transit professional group of Beijing Jiaotong Vocational Technical College is listed as the first batch of characteristic high-level backbone professional(group)construction projects of Beijing Municipal Education Commission.Relying on the advantages of the rail transit industry,the professional group has constructed the construction connotation of"five docking"training base.It has created a theoretical application and basic training platform,a professional group post direction training platform,a comprehensive exercise and skill competition platform,and a scientific research development and educational innovation training platform.The training base strengthens the goal of talent training,forms a good new ecology of integration of industry and education,and becomes an accelerometer for the training of high-quality skilled talents in urban rail transit.
