工程教育专业认证驱动下电气类人才创新培养模式研究

Stratified Progressive Electric Personnel Innovation Training under the Background of Engineering Education Professional Certification

工程教育专业认证对电气类人才创新实践能力的培养提出了新的要求。围绕现有培养体系存在的创新教育目标不明确、学生实践机会不足、无法激发学生主动性等问题展开讨论,提出了建设多层次递进式培养体系的改革思路:推进创新实践教育与专业定位深度融合;以开展普适性创新实践能力为目标改革实践类课程体系;将培养理念由“以学生为中心”转向“以学习为中心”;在人才培养中建立动态反馈评价机制;与企业积极合作,确保培养的人才满足企业需求。目前采取的改革措施包括调整改革教学流程、全面开放竞赛实训室、建设创客空间、深化校企合作等。

Engineering education professional certification proposes new requirement to the innovation practical ability of electric personnel.A discussion is confined to the imprecision of the innovation education goal,the lack of practicing chance for students and the difficulty to inspire the initiative of students and proposes the reforming method of constructing a progressive training system with multiple levels,including promoting the integration of innovative practical education and professional positioning of electrical majors,reforming the practical curriculum system with the aim of developing universal innovative practical ability,changing the training concept from student-centered to learning-centered,establishing dynamic feedback mechanism in training and cooperating with enterprises to ensure the ability of graduates meeting enterprise standards.And the reform measure including adjusting teaching process,completing open of competition training lab,establishing innovation zone and deepening university-enterprise cooperation are also introduced.
