摘要
技能型社会建设的提出,对职业院校技术技能人才培养提出了更高要求,校企合作逐渐成为职业教育人才培养的重要途径。经过诸多高职院校与企业合作的实践探索,形成了订单培养、项目驱动、工学交替、现代学徒制等多种人才培养模式,为我国校企合作人才培养积累了宝贵经验。然而这些人才培养模式在实施过程还存在一些问题,对此进行了深入分析,以期为高职院校探索实施符合当前产教融合背景的人才培养模式提供借鉴。
The construction of skilled society puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents in vocational colleges.The school-enterprise cooperation has gradually become an important way to cultivate vocational education talents.Through the practice and exploration of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,a variety of talent cultivation modes have been formed,such as order-oriented cultivation,project-driven,engineering alternation,and modern apprenticeship,which have accumulated valuable experience for the talents cultivation by school-enterprise cooperation in China.However,there are still some problems in the implementation process of these talent training models,which are deeply analyzed in this paper,in order to provide references for higher vocational colleges to explore and implement the talent training model in line with the current background of the integration of production and education.
