摘要
“三全育人”综合教学改革是新时代技能型人才培养过程中加强思政教育、落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求和重要途径,是培养德能兼备技能型人才的必然要求,而学生所表现出来的职业素养则是其具备德能的外在体现。基于此,从构建技能型人才应具备的职业素养模型出发,以职业素养模型为基础构建起包含五维度65个能力指标、五分制评价标准和六种类型评价方式的职业素养评价体系,设计了关联能力指标、以职业素养培养与评价为核心的“三全育人”教学活动,在教学活动实施过程中完成职业素养评价与数据收集。经过三年实践,最终形成了基于完整培养过程的职业素养护照,并将其作为对学生德能职业素养的量化评价结果,助力学生精准对接工作岗位。
The comprehensive teaching reform of"three-complete education"is the internal requirement and important way to strengthen ideological and political education and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue in the process of cultivating skilled talents in the new era.It's also the inevitable requirement to cultivate talents with both moral and ability,and the professional quality of the students has shown will be the external embodiment of their moral and ability.Based on this,one professional quality evaluation system is constructed based on the professional quality model,which includes 65 evaluation indexes,five-point scale evaluation standard and six types of dimension evaluation methods,starting from the construction of the professional quality model that skilled talents should have all about,then designs"three-complete education"teaching activities which associates with the evaluation index of professional quality,with cultivation and evaluation of professional quality as the core,mean while,the quality evaluation and data collection are completed during the implementation of education activities.After three years of practice,the professional quality passport based on the complete training process was finally formed,and it was used as the quantitative evaluation result of students'moral and professional literacy to help students accurately connect with vocational positions.
