摘要
针对电动叉车的液压系统,采用蓄能器配合蓄电池进行能量回收,并在叉车工作时为其提供能量,以实现能量的回收和再利用。对电动叉车整个节能系统进行分析,对能量回收系统中蓄能器的参数进行选择。利用AMESim软件对货叉下降过程中势能回收进行了仿真分析,分析结果表明:利用蓄能器储能节能效果明显,可减少电动叉车的充电次数,实现绿色运行。
For the hydraulic system of the electric forklift,the accumulator is used to cooperate with the battery for energy recovery and provide energy for the forklift when it is working,so as to realize the recovery and reuse of energy.The whole energy saving system of the electric forklift is analyzed,and the parameters of the accumulator in the energy recovery system are selected.The simulation analysis of potential energy recovery in the process of fork lowering is carried out using AMESim software.The analysis results show that the energy storage and energy saving effect of using the accumulator is obvious.It reduces the charging times of the electric forklift and realizes the green operation.
