永磁同步电机槽口宽度对电磁性能的影响

摘要 为研究永磁同步电机槽口宽度对电机性能的影响,以一台表贴式永磁同步电机为研究对象,首先利用解析法研究了定子槽口宽度对绕组磁势谐波磁场及气隙磁场的影响;其次利用仿真软件建立了4种槽口宽度的电机模型,采用有限元法分析了其磁力线云图及磁密云图;再次对比了4种槽口宽度下的径向气隙磁密,并对其进行傅里叶谐波分解,探究了随着定子槽口宽度的改变,径向气隙磁密谐波的变化情况;最后以电机的齿槽转矩、空载反电动势与输出转矩作为判断电机电磁性能的参数,分别对4种槽口宽度对应的电机电磁参数进行计算,得出了定子槽口宽度变化对电机电磁性能的影响。 In order to study the influence of the slot width of permanent magnet synchronous motor on the performance of the motor,a table stick permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as the research object.Firstly,the influence of the stator slot width on the winding magnetic potential harmonic field and the air gap field was studied by analytical method.Secondly,the simulation software is used to establish the motor model with four slot widths,and the magnetic force line cloud map and magnetic density cloud map are analyzed by the finite element method.Then,the radial air gap magnetic density under four different slot widths is compared,and the Fourier harmonic decomposition is carried out to explore the change of radial air gap magnetic density harmonic with the change of stator slot width.Finally,taking the gear groove torque,no-load back electromotive force and output torque as the parameters to judge the electromagnetic performance of the motor,the corresponding electromagnetic parameters of the four kinds of slot widths were calculated respectively,and the influence of stator slot widths on the electromagnetic performance of the motor was obtained.
