摘要
变电站电流互感器(CT)是变电站的关键设备,其可靠性将直接影响变电站的安全稳定,电流互感器防雨罩可对其起到重要的保护作用。目前防雨罩多为螺栓固定,长期服役易受环境腐蚀,给互感器的拆卸检修带来不便。从需求角度对防雨罩固定方案进行改进,使用SolidWorks软件对改进方案三维结构进行建模;通过使用ANSYS软件对关键零部件进行有限元仿真,分析改进方案薄弱部位并进一步对其加以改进。
Current transformer(CT)is the key equipment of substation,and its reliability will directly affect the safety and stability of substation.The rain shield of current transformer plays an important role in protection.At present,the rain cover is mostly fixed by bolts,which is vulnerable to environmental corrosion in long-term service,which brings inconvenience to disassembly and maintenance.The fixed scheme of rain cover is improved from the point of view of demand,and the three-dimensional structure of the improved scheme is modeled by SolidWorks software.Through the finite element simulation of the key parts by using ANSYS software,the weak parts of the improved scheme are analyzed and further improved.
