基于AMESim的溢流阀仿真建模与静态特性研究

摘要 溢流阀的静态特性对阀件性能优化及整个液压系统可靠性的提高均有重要意义,拟从阀件结构参数方面研究静态特性的影响因素。利用AMESim根据溢流阀原理建立其静态特性仿真模型,并通过性能指标试验验证其准确性,仿真分析各结构参数对阀件静态特性的影响规律。结果表明:主阀节流孔直径及阀芯锥半角对溢流阀静态特性影响较大,主阀节流孔直径越大或阀芯锥半角越小,调压偏差及启闭特性越差;弹簧刚度及预紧力对静态特性无明显影响。 The static characteristics of relief valve are of great significance to the optimization of valve performance and the improvement of the reliability of the whole hydraulic system.The influence factors of static characteristics are studied from the structural parameters of valve parts.According to the principle of relief valve,AMESim static characteristic simulation model is established,and its accuracy is verified by performance index test.The influence law of each structural parameter on the static characteristics of valve is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the diameter of the main valve orifice and the half angle of the spool cone have great influence on the static characteristics of the relief valve.The larger the diameter of the main valve orifice or the smaller the half angle of the spool cone,the worse the pressure regulating deviation and the opening and closing characteristics.Spring stiffness and preload have no obvious influence on static characteristics.
