某叉车轮辋螺栓松动问题分析与改进

摘要 以发生松动断裂的某叉车驱动轮轮辋螺栓为研究对象,结合Workbench有限元分析与德国VDI 2230标准规范对轮辋螺栓进行强度校核。首先使用有限元分析方法得到考虑工况下螺栓受到的力和力矩,然后接合VDI 2230中的公式和数据计算得到R8工作应力和R9交变应力的安全系数,从而实现了轮辋螺栓的强度校核。校核结果表明R8工作应力的安全系数不满足要求。基于尽量少进行结构变动的原则,只改变轮辋螺栓的规格,使用M16细牙螺栓替换原M 14细牙螺栓,再次校核结果表明强度满足要求,最终顺利通过强化试验,充分验证了分析的准确性。 Taking the rim bolt of the driving wheel of a forklift truck that has looseness and fracture as the research object,the strength of the rim bolt is checked in combination with the Workbench finite element analysis and the German VDI 2230 standard specification.First,the finite element analysis method is used to obtain the force and moment of force of the bolt under the working condition under consideration,and then the safety factor of R8 working stress and R9 alternating stress is calculated by combining the formula and data in VDI 2230,thus,the strength check of the rim bolt is realized.The check results show that the safety factor of R8 working stress does not meet the requirements.Based on the principle of minimizing structural changes,only the specifications of rim bolts were changed,and M16 fine thread bolts were used to replace the original M14 fine thread bolts.The re-check results show that the strength meets the requirements,and finally it passed the intensive test successfully,which fully verified the accuracy of the analysis.
