摘要
为适应长平矿大采高工作面巷道,设计了一种铰接于滑移式超前支架横梁的阀架装置。此设计不仅考虑了井下工作人员的安全性,而且还保证了操作人员的舒适度,以实现滑移式超前支护液压支架的移架推架功能,最终起到支护效果,为工作面巷道安全稳定运行奠定基础。
In order to adapt to the roadway of large mining height face in Changping coal mine,this paper designs a slide-type advance support valve frame device hinged on the crossbeam,which not only considers the safety of underground workers,but also ensures the comfort of operators,so as to realize the moving and pushing function of the sliding advance support hydraulic support,and finally plays the supporting effect,and lays the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the working face roadway.
