17CrNiMo6齿轮深层渗碳工艺研究

摘要 针对17CrNiMo6深层渗碳工艺中存在的碳化物超标等问题进行研究,优化渗碳过程中强渗扩散工艺,采用合适的强渗时间与扩散时间之比,确定出17CrNiMo6材质产品深渗层(4.0 mm~6.0 mm)的强渗扩散工艺时间,对不同强扩比的试样进行了金相组织和表面硬度检测,使深渗层的碳含量从大到小平缓过渡,使渗碳淬火工件有足够的硬度、耐磨性及良好的疲劳性能。 The problem of excessive carbide in 17CrNiMo6 deep carburizing process was studied.The strong infiltration and diffusion process in the carburizing process is optimized,the appropriate ratio of strong infiltration time to diffusion time is determined,and the strong infiltration and diffusion process time of the deep carburized layer(4.0mm-6.0mm)of 17CrNiMo6 products is determined.The microstructure and surface hardness of the samples with different strength-to-expansion ratio were tested.The carbon content of the deep carburized layer changes slowly from large to small,so that the carburizing and quenching quality has sufficient hardness,wear resistance and good fatigue properties.
