影响超微氧化锆陶瓷超声检测因素探讨

摘要 基于对影响超声非线性检测因素的探讨,考察利用超声检测非线性氧化锆陶瓷的可行性。实验数据表明:脉冲激励串数从5增加到55时,非线性系数下降81.59%;加窗处理后的非线性系数不足原值的30%;不断增加输入电压,基波的平方与二次谐波呈线性相关,相关程度为99.84%。非线性系数的单调变化表明应用超声非线性无损评价氧化锆陶瓷是可行的。 Based on the discussion of the factors influencing the nonlinear ultrasonic testing,the feasibility of ultrasonic testing of nonlinear zirconia ceramics was investigated.The experimental data show that when the number of pulse excitation strings increases from 5 to 55,the nonlinear coefficient decreases by 81.59%;the nonlinear coefficient after windowing is less than 30%of the original value;the square of the fundamental wave is linearly related to the second harmonic with a correlation degree of 99.84%when the input voltage is continuously increased.The monotonic variation of nonlinear coefficient shows that it is feasible to apply ultrasonic nonlinear nondestructive evaluation to zirconia ceramics.
