摘要
数据处理系统是皮带运输机巡检机器人控制系统的核心,为保证巡检机器人安全、高效、稳定运行,在分析皮带运输机巡检机器人特征的基础上,设计了基于STM32控制器的巡检机器人数据处理系统。重点介绍了数据处理系统的总体设计以及软、硬件设计方案,并进行了试验室验证。验证结果表明:设计并实现的巡检机器人数据处理系统满足设计要求,可保障皮带运输机巡检机器人高效、安全运行。
The data processing system is the core of the control system of the inspection robot for belt conveyor.In order to ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation of the inspection robot,the data processing system of the inspection robot based on STM32 controller is designed based on the analysis of the characteristics of the inspection robot for belt conveyor.The overall design and software and hardware design of the data processing system are introduced,and the laboratory verification is completed.The verification results show that the designed and implemented data processing system of the inspection robot meets the design requirements and can ensure the efficient and safe operation of the inspection robot of the belt conveyor.
