摘要
介绍了地铁车辆逻辑控制单元(LCU)集成设计和应用,分析了LCU硬件和软件架构。通过LCU系统集成设计应用的设计问题和成熟产品LCU系统控制实例,阐述了系统集成设计原则和设计思路;通过对逻辑控制单元集成化设计优势分析,论证了基于LCU的车辆逻辑控制的先进性,利用LCU集成设计可降低设计难度和制造成本、提高车辆可维修性,且具备更强扩展能力。
This paper introduces the integrated design and application of LCU for metro trains,analyzes the LCU hardware and software architecture.Through the design problem of LCU system integration design application and the example of LCU system control of mature products,the paper expounds the system integration design principle and the design thought,and analyzes the advantages of the integrated design of logic control unit,the advanced vehicle logic control based on LCU is demonstrated,which reduces the design difficulty and manufacturing cost,improves the vehicle maintainability,and has stronger ability of function expansion.
