摘要
在发动机缸体的铸造生产车间中,将自动化立体仓库应用于发动机缸体铸造砂芯的存储与运输,分析了发动机缸体铸造砂芯自动化立体仓库的方案设计、作业流程与物流节拍。自动化立体仓库实现了铸造砂芯的自动化存取,连接了制芯线与造型线,协调了砂芯供需平衡,保障了生产线的高效运行,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,提升了铸造车间的自动化水平。该自动化立体仓库在发动机缸体铸造砂芯存储中的应用,为铸造车间砂芯自动化存储管理提供了一定的借鉴和参考。
In the foundry workshop of engine cylinder block,the automated warehouse is applied to the storage and transportation of casting sand core of engine cylinder block,and the scheme design,operation flow and logistics beat of automatic warehouse for engine cylinder block casting sand core are analyzed.The automated warehouse realizes the automatic access of the casting sand core,connects the core-making line and the molding line,coordinates the balance between supply and demand of the sand core,ensures the efficient operation of the production line,improves the production efficiency,reduces the production cost and improves the automation level of the foundry workshop.The application of the automated warehouse in the sand core storage of engine cylinder block casting provides some reference for the automatic storage management of sand core in the foundry workshop.
