摘要
自修复涂层在太空、深海或机械部件内壁等难以进行涂层更新操作的环境中应用具有难以替代的优势,自修复涂层及其复合材料是21世纪高分子科学界的研究热点之一。对近年来聚合物基自修复涂层的研究进展进行了综述,重点介绍了微胶囊型自修复涂层的修复机理和研究现状,对微胶囊自修复涂层材料在不同领域的应用进行了总结,最后阐述了微胶囊型自修复材料目前存在的问题以及未来的发展目标和方向。
Self-healing coating has irreplaceable advantages in the environment where it is difficult to update the coating in space,deep sea or the inner wall of mechanical parts.Self-healing coatings and their composites are one of the research hotspots in the field of polymer science in the 21st century.The research progress of polymer-based self-healing coatings in recent years was reviewed,with emphasis on the repair mechanism and research status of microencapsulated self-healing coatings,and the applications of microencapsulated self-healing coatings in different fields were summarized.Finally,the existing problems of microencapsulated self-healing materials and the development goal and direction in the future are described.
