阳江市快递包装垃圾的绿色治理研究

Study on Green Management of Express Packaging Waste in Yangjiang

在电子商务飞速发展以及“新冠”疫情加持下,越来越多人选择在网上购物。据阳江市邮政管理局数据统计,2021年的快递件数是2017年的六倍。快递件数的增加带了快递包装垃圾处理问题,目前阳江市的快递包装垃圾存在回收率低、过度包装、未采用绿色包装材料、未建立完善的快递包装治理体系、处理方式以焚烧和填埋为主等问题。针对这些问题,本文借鉴不同国家以及城市处理快递包装垃圾的优良经验,结合阳江市的实际,提出符合阳江市快递包装垃圾治理的措施。

With the rapid development of e-commerce and the“Corona Virus Disease 2019”epidemic,more and more people choose to shop online.According to the statistics of the Yangjiang Post Administration,the number of express packages in 2021 is six times that in 2017.The increase in the number of express packages has led to the problem of waste disposal of express packaging.At present,the Express packaging waste in Yangjiang has some problems,such as low recycling rate,excessive packaging,failure to use green packaging materials,failure to establish a perfect express packaging governance system,and disposal by incineration and landfill.To solve these problems,we can learn from the good experience of different countries and cities in dealing with express packaging waste,and combine the actual situation of Yangjiang,Put forward the measures for the treatment of express packaging waste in Yangjiang.
