阐述车用IGBT的发展方向,对大电流密度、高效散热性能、高集成度提出解决方案。12英寸IGBT具有强大的成本优势,区熔硅衬底在控制好缺陷问题后,具有更好的特性。
This paper expounds the development directions of IGBT for auto,and gives solutions,and discusses that 12 inch IGBT has strong cost advantage,and FZ substrate has better mechanical properties after controlling the defects.
