This paper expounds the optimization of progress control method in power transmission and transformation project,analyzes the management process of the two earlier stages based on the single code network diagram,realizes the integrated management of the two earlier stages,and improves the efficiency of power transmission and transformation project management.Engineering practice shows that the proposed fusion management mode has strong practical value.
