摘要
阐述微量水汽对密封继电器内部电弧的影响,密封继电器内部CO_(2)气氛与有机分子对触点接触可靠性的影响,对不同内部气氛对寿命影响进行试验,试验表明CO_(2)气体分解产生积碳是主要原因。
This paper describes the influence of trace water vapor on the internal arc of sealed relays,the influence of CO_(2) atmosphere and organic molecules inside sealed relays on the contact reliability of contacts,and tests the influence of different internal atmospheres on the service life.The test shows that the carbon deposition generated by CO_(2) gas decomposition is the main reason.
