This paper expounds the characteristics and planning models of high-voltage distribution network development planning,including time perspective and physical structure,economic and reliability models,and discusses the load forecasting,tie line planning,power grid structure planning,and distribution network power supply planning in the planning cases of high-voltage distribution network.
