双级螺杆空气压缩机的分离筒温度控制技术分析

摘要 阐述某钻采石油平台双级螺杆压缩机出现分离筒油气混合温度低于压缩空气工作压力露点,致使压缩机油气分离筒内积聚大量冷凝水,提出在不更换机组的前提下提高对压缩机润滑油温度的控制,使分离筒温度高于压缩空气压缩露点。现场实践表明,效果良好。 This paper describes that a two-stage screw compressor on a drilling and production oil platform experienced that the oil and gas mixing temperature of the separator cylinder was lower than the dew point of the working pressure of the compressed air,which led to the accumulation of a large amount of condensate water in the oil and gas separator cylinder of the compressor.It proposed to improve the control of the compressor lubricating oil temperature without changing the unit,so that the temperature of the separator cylinder was higher than the dew point of the compressed air.Field practice shows that the effect is good.
